It isn’t the highest-resolution image; the text is mostly legible, but not with the greatest detail. It’s a brief summary of the Ultima series (well, at least Ultima 1 through Ultima 5), and the included order form is evidently for copies of all five games.
Love to know where that artwork came from. There’s a dwarf, elf and some crazy cat-like humanoid. I know at least Ultima III had some strange races (Bobbit and something else maybe?). It’s blurry but it looks like the artist’s name is Susan Rowe. I found nothing definitive online, though there is a painter/artist with that name that comes up.
